§ 29. SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY.

    A Franchisee shall protect the privacy of all Subscribers pursuant to the provisions of the Cable Act. A Franchisee shall not condition Subscriber service on the Subscriber's grant of permission to disclose information which, pursuant to local, federal or state law, cannot be disclosed without the Subscriber's explicit consent.

    B.

    Except as permitted by Federal law the Franchisee, its agents and employees shall not, without the prior and specific written authorization of Subscriber involved, sell, or otherwise make available for commercial purposes personally identifiable information of any Subscriber or Subscribers, or any information which identifies the individual viewing habits of any Subscriber or Subscribers.
