§ 10-511. Nudity, improper dress and indecent exposure.

Latest version.

It is unlawful for any person to:
(1)

Appear in any public place in the city in a state of nudity;

(2)

Appear in any public place in the city in any offensive, indecent or lewd dress; or

(3)

Make an indecent public exposure of his person.
